Job Description

·         Oversee and manage the showroom;

·         Ensure first class customer care for all company customers who come to the showroom;

·         Aid customers in making selection of all our products by advising on the best product for their project and offering alternatives if the product they want is not available;

·         Answer questions from and provide information to the customers about our products;

·         Arrange stock on the shelves/racks in the showroom and keep the showroom tidy;

·         Keep the products in order and the showroom well organized;

·         Inventories stock;

·         Receive and report customer orders to the Sales Relationship Manager;

·         Receive sales revenues at the showroom and hand over to the Cashier;

·         Any other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
