Background: about Doctors with Africa CUAMM

Doctors with Africa (CUAMM), is an International Non-profit Health Organization, Headquartered in Italy. Founded in 1950, CUAMM focuses on designing health system strengthening projects, with particular attention to the needs of women and children, and tailored to the specific needs of the countries where the organization carries out projects. Through its evidence based approach, CUAMM works to remove the barriers preventing communities from accessing health services, and to improve the quality of the same services, to achieve accessible, quality and equitable healthcare for everyone.

CUAMM is currently looking for highly qualified Candidates to fill the following position:

Country Administrator (Nationals and Internationals)
The Country Administrator will be in charge of providing effective and efficient administrative and financial oversight to all CUAMM in-country operations. This role will deliver core administrative support to the Country Manager and Project Managers, to ensure smooth running of project operations as well as transparency and compliance with both CUAMM and Donors' financial, administrative and operational policies. In doing so, the Country Administrator will liaise daily with CUAMM HQ in Italy, as well as Italian Donors, which requires excellent command of Italian language.
