An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a national charity in its property team. You will be required to take responsibility for the delivery of capital projects of refurbishment, fit-out and repair in our South and Central regions. Home-based, preferably in the South-east, close to London, you will be responsible for looking after around 150 sites. You would be reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager. You need to be qualified to at least HNC level in a building related discipline and preferably MRICS or similar, with prior experience in managing retail projects at multiple locations, preferably in a charity sector.
