Green Leaf Receiving Associate. 
You will join the Leaf Operations Services department, in Morogoro, reporting to the Leaf Planning &: Inventory SUF 

Responsibilities: 
Coordination of all physical and system green leaf logistics activities at the floors and warehouse 
Ensure that all stocks is moved and stored appropriately in line with Inventory Management policies and procedure

Key Requirements: 
Advanced Diploma/ degree in Business administration 
3 years in logistics and warehousing 
Fluent in English and Swahili (Ability to read and write in English and Swahili) 
Computer knowledge/ competency in MS Office applications 

EHS Supervisor. 

You will join the Green Leaf Operations department, in Tabora, reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager. 

Responsibilities: 
Identifying and ensuring all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, programs, procedures, training, work practices and controls are effectively implemented in JTI Leaf Services 
Interacting with Operations, Planning, Legal, and JTI Global EHS team to implement acceptable systems to ensure compliance and conformance to EHS Policies and Management System in line with JTI Standards


Key Requirements: 
Minimum of 2 years of experience within planning and analysis functions 
University Degree in Environmental Handling, Occupational Health and Safety or a comparable scientific discipline 
Grade 1&/2 Qualifications in NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COURSE (NOHSC). 
Computer knowledge/competency in MS Office applications 
Language skills are essential 

Leaf Planning Associate. 

You will join the Leaf Operations Services department, in Morogoro, reporting to the Leaf Planning &: Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities: 
Ensuring accurate Pre-processing system planning, tracking processing and leaf operational cycle 
Formulation and implementation of actual LPI inspections and inspection schedules 
Preparation of accurate leaf operations reports steering the analysis of data and trends of all leaf operatic 

Key Requirements: 
Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and Tobacco knowledge as an added advantage. 
Minimum of 3 Years' experience within the Tobacco industry within a Tobacco buying and processing environment 
Fluent in English and Swahili (Ability to read and write in English and Swahili) 
Computer Literate _ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and SAGE 

Dry and shipping Associate. 

You will join the Leaf Operations Services department, in Morogoro, reporting to the Leaf Planning &: Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities: 
Tobacco imports and exports 
Liaising with head office on all packed and inspected tobacco 
Ensuring adherence to shipping instructions in an appropriate and timely manner meeting JTI Standard Shipping Procedures

Key Requirements: 
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Administration/Logistics/shipping 
Minimum of 3 years experience in Logistics/Shipping 
Fluent in English and Swahili (Ability to read and write in English and Swahili) Computer Literate _ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and SAGE

Receptionist.

You will join the Human Resources department, in Morogoro, reporting to the Office Administrator & Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Operating and ensuring cost effective travel arrangements and office entertainment for JTILS staff
Supervision of the front desk to ensure quality and professional customer services
Coordination of all HR related activities
Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
Providing administrative support and coordination for all business activities and office requests.

Key Requirements:

Advanced Diploma/Degree in Office Management/Front Desk Management or related fields.
1-2 years experience in administration
Fluent in English and Swahili (Ability to read and write in English and Swahili)
Computer literate - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
