Superdoll is one of the most reputable companies in East Africa and a leading trailer manufacturer in Tanzania as well as distributor of world renowned automotive products such as Michelin tyres, BF Goodrich tyres, Mann filters, Hella, Corghi machines, Fini Compressors, Jost, Varta & Optima batteries, Textar brake linings, Heli forklifts, Generators etc.

We are looking to recruit suitable persons to strengthen our sales and internal Audit teams in order to serve our customers better and improve controls'. Positions to be filled are:
Assistant Internal Auditor

He will be responsible to ensure that the company's financial policies, procedures and controls are effective, accurate and in accordance with industry practices and audit standards.

Job Responsibilities: (Not Exhaustive, but Indicative of the general nature of the job)

Responsible for carrying ,'out internal audit work in accordance with the overall scope/functions of Internal Audit department _determined by the Management/Manager Internal Audit.
Pre/Post audit of all Payments/purchases to ensure that these payments/purchases are in accordance with our approved financial policies and that existing accounting and control systems are effective to minimize the risk and errors associated with day-to-day transactions.

Ensuring that all the transactions including, Post Dated Cheques Collected, Debit/Credit Invoicing, GRNs & Material Issues and petty Cash reimbursements etc, are being processed on the basis of valid documentary evidences and in accordance with the duly approved procedures & authorizations, etc

Requirements for both positions
At least 2 years experience in handling sales / audit will be a plus point.
Experience in customer care and handling will be a plus point.
Good oral and written communication skills in Kiswahili and English
Has to be a graduate from a recognized university.
For Sales position, Electrical or Mechanical engineer graduate will be a plus point and for Assistant Auditor, Knowledge about accounting principles, practices and methods will be a plus point.

Remuneration: Based on qualifications and experience.
