Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, track and analyse churn KPI on daily basis.
• Research the reasons of churn
• Elaborate strong and operational strategy to fight against churn
• Design suitable offers and services and follow their implementation with dedicated team
• Review and improve management of customer lifecycle
• Work in synergies with several departments (Go to Market, Analytics, Customer operations, etc.) to reach the churn rate objectives
• Work on predictive churn and mechanisms to control it
• Retain customers thanks to all of the above

Position Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Analytics and/or operational marketing.
