• Sound mental and physical health.
• Competent user of different kinds of vehicles in market
• Honest, obedient, ready to work long hours under pressure and attentive to details.
• No history of traffic accidents

2. OFFICE ATTENDANT – (2 Posts)

4. IT-SYSTEM ANALYST:

Form IV and above
Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering from recognized College
Competent user of Computer programs like Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point and Internet)
Passionate, service oriented, hardworking who strive for excellence and will form part of our project term.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Working experience of at least 2 years in related field and position
Should be able to work under minimum supervision and able to mentor others.
5. TRANSPORT OFFICER (1 Post)
Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
Education: Form IV and above
Ability to work effectively with transport sector within and outside the country.
Extensive knowledge in transport sector, maintenance and repair of vehicles.

Self-motivated with integrity, assertiveness and able to mentor others
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet, Power Point
At least 2 yrs appropriate work experience
Proven ability to use different means of transportation
Age limits between 25-45 yrs. Old

6. ACCOUNTANT (1 Post)
Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
• Holder of a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy
• The appropriate candidate sought for this position must have enough experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, Auditing, Business Management and Finance
• Advanced excel skills are imperative for this position
• The applicants should be someone that portray a positive and assertive attitude, keenness and should be a self starter.
• Must be someone with ability to set and attain high performance standard whilst under pressure.
• Testing of internal controls in line with the company’s objectives.
• Working experience of at least 2 yrs. In related field and position

• Working experiences should include at least 3 years progressive work at key positions (in Management) in stretching modern working environment preferably in NGO

8. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – (1 POST)

• University Graduate (Related Degree preferred Human Resources or its equivalent)
• The Human Resource Manager/Director will be in charge of overseeing key Human Resources Process and Systems
• Responsible for managing, growing and developing Human Resources team to meet current and future HR needs.
• Create and improve integral Human Resources policies, processes and systems with a heavy focus on ensuring quality and fairness.

• Run monthly payroll to a quickly growing Company team of employees including loan processes.
