Human Resources Officer
The successful candidates expected to offer human resources & administrative support to the department in terms of operations, HRMIS and daily maintenance of staff data in HR system and hard data on staff files.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates all recruitment process.
Updating staff records to make sure that all pre and post_employment documentation are in order.
Regular maintenance and up to dating of live staff data in the HR system.
Preparation of all staff character reference letters.
Responsible for all administrative support to the department in terms of operations and effective management of
Human Resources Management Information system.
Responsible for coordinating all staff performance records and review performance appraisals from all departments.
To prepare training needs analysis and propose appropriate training programs.
Dispatch and receipt of letters for the department and forwarding to the relevant units for action.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or other related field
Very good written and oral communication
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
At least 3 year of relevant on experience handling administrative duties in a commercial f financial or banking industry.
• Knowledge of HR practices.
