Branch Mangers
New branches in Mtwara, mwanza and Dar es salaam
The successful candidates will be responsible to achieve branch targets on all parameters and provide first class customer service and management of the branch in all areas of the Bank's business in order to enhance profitable operations of the Branch by:
Implementation of proactive market plans and business development programs that will optimize the Bank's retail wholesale & corporate customer needs.
Cross selling and marketing CASA growth.
Managing the operations and support activities at the branch; including guiding, supporting. motivating and supervising the staff to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in all areas of branch operations.
Monitoring the administrative activities in the branch to ensure adequate control and cost-effectiveness in all areas.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate preferably in Banking/Business/Management. Professional qualification e.g. Institute of Bankers diploma would be desirable.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
5 years minimum experience in a managerial position in Commercial banks.
Some experience at bank branch management level would be desirable.
Builds relationships and networks easily.
Strong service ethic.
