Role Purpose You are responsible for the identification, selection and recruitment of tigo pesa agents and their location as well as management of sales forces in the allocated regions. Key Responsibilities - Ensure that new agent receives all required tools for start-up (i.e. starter pack, BTL materials) and make sure tigo pesa activation within the regions is efficiently done. - Responsible for the audit of agent locations in the allocated regions. - Provide weekly report of agents recruited and the performance of the Sales Freelancers to the line manager - Responsible for transaction, revenue, float, cash availability and quality of service to the customers of the tigo pesa agents - Conduct training on product knowledge and KYC/ AML to agents. - Ensure that all administrative issues pertaining to the agents including but not limited to contract signature, training, logbooks, promotional and BTL materials are taken care of in a timely manner. Position Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, commerce, Finance, marketing or other related subjects. - At least 3-5 years experience in sales and Distribution jobs or other related fields. - Masters in Business Administration, Finance, marketing is an added advantage.
