PASADA is a social service and health care faith based organization operating under the Catholic Archdiocese of Dar es salaam. PASADA strives to reach the poorest of the poor living with HIV/AIDS and provide them with compassionate c, treatment and support services. Although sponsored by the Catholic Church, the services offered by PASADA are available to all individuals without discrimination of any sort.
ASSISTANT MEDICAL OFFICERS
Duties and responsibilities
Management of HIV related illnesses presented by PLHA Initiation of ARV to PLHA
Clinical monitoring of PLH attending care and treatment centre
Proper record keeping of patient's information to ensure confidentiality of PLHA To make clinical decisions for the benefit of c1ients'well being.
To empower other health care providers with more knowledge and skills and clinical practice
QUALIFICATIONS:
An Advanced Diploma in Clinical Medicine and registered as a qualified medical practitioner. Knowledge and experience of ART management will be an added advantage
Additional Skills:
Ability to' work with people from different ethnic, religious and other backgrounds and persuasions;
Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care in Tanzania
Computer literacy and fluent in English

PROJECTS AND FINANCE COMPLIANCE MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure program resources received from internal and local donors are used in accordance to policies, rules and regulations, especially USAID Oversight, coordination and communication of program implementation and monitor effective performance of project activities and finance operations
Assist program activities to improve efficiency and quality of services
Cross checking the compliance of the procurement (of goods and services) process for sponsored projects at all departments Verifying quality of the key deliverables under grants by detailed analysis of the activities of department or programs. Preparation of regular program reports and project proposals for external and internal use
Coordinating with the Chief Internal Auditor in undertaking internal audits and follow up for compliance of the Internal Audit observations Establish standards and implement procedures to ensure compliance throughout the organization effectively/efficiently in identifying, preventing and detecting fraud and abuse plus addressing noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations
Conducting periodic risk assessments and response plans
QUALIFICATIONS
The applicant must be a CPA holder and experienced in project management. Experience in dealing with donor funded activities especially USAID will be an added advantage
Degree or equivalent in financial policy, organizational development, business law, or a related field preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in audit, procurement, finance, management, or legal work
Knowledge of US government / USAID regulations, policies, and compliance requirements related to international assistance programs

Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner; Maintains defensive driving;
Provides a communication link between clients and staff,
Assists passengers, including handicapped, in and out of the vehicle; operates ramps, lifts and securement devices as needed;
Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for staff, and reads and interprets road signs; Presents safety briefing to passengers prior to each trip departure;
Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside;
Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management;
Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required; Fuels the assigned vehicle(s);
Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Acceptable Experience and Training:
Must have completed Secondary School and know how to read, write and count; must be a minimum of 25 years of age, and possess and maintain a safe and clean driving record of at least two years.
Certificates and Licenses Required:
Must posses a valid Tanzanian driver's license Class C. Those with Trade test
or motor mechanics training will have an advantage.

Plan and implement approaches including organizing and attending meetings with prospective donors as necessary. Identify application opportunities to appropriate funding bodies and individual donors.
Maintain database 'that can operate as an effective management tool.
Participate in regular solicitation, planning meetings and provide appropriate information f r the meetings.
Coordinate fundraising projects and campaigns as directed by the Executive Director.
To support the development, implication and evaluation of PASADA campaigns
Conduct research and developing proposals for fund raising projects and campaigns
To coordinate the research and preparation of event briefing documents for development and communication events
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all relevant individuals and donors
QUALIFICATIONS:
A University graduate who has majored in business management, and or marketing. Fund raising experience would be an added advantage
Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business law, or a related field preferred
