Gebar Wellness Farms & Agro Industry PLC (GWF) is a joined initiative of Gebar Business Pvt. and The Well foundation in Ethiopia. The aim of GWF is to help farmers to establish a sustainable better and fair income.
Ethiopia is one of the fastest growing countries in the world with a huge potential for agri-business. GWF is building 2 factories: a milk factory and a feed factory in Shire, Tigray. Shire is located in the North of Ethiopia where agriculture dominates for more than 90% the local economy. Both factories are supposed to be up and running beginning of 2014.

Job description:

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years general management experience;
- Experience and business achievements in preferably an African country;
- Fluent in English;
- Affinity with Agri-business, preferably experience in feed and/or diary sector;
- Willing and able to move to Shire, Tigray for at least 2-3 years.
