Knowledge Manager

Have you worked in international development and are now looking for an exciting new challenge?

You will have experience of both developing and implementing a Knowledge Management strategy. We are looking for an individual to lead this new area of work for the Foundation. We require sound experience of both Knowledge Management along with an ability to promote this important area of the organisation – externally and internally.

You will have worked in an environment that uses monitoring and evaluation methodologies and have a strong practical knowledge of Results Based Management.

Ideally you will have also worked in a developing country, gaining knowledge of international development issues.

Salary & key benefits: circa £40,000, 15% tax free gratuity payment (can be used for personal pension scheme) plus a generous holiday allowance of 34 days (plus bank holidays)
