Are you a highly motivated and experienced international Grants Officer? Do you want to contribute to the Commonwealth Foundation's new participatory governance grants programme? The programme provides £1m of grants to innovative participatory governance projects across the Commonwealth. You will work as part of a team to implement an effective high quality programme, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You must have experience of working with civil society organisations and an understanding of international development grant making. You will have excellent communication skills, able to write clearly and communicate verbally with a range of different audiences. You should be able to set up and maintain systems to support the grants programme management. You will be an advanced Microsoft Office user and be a confident user of social media, experience of using Benefactor or other grant making databases will be an advantage.
