Branch Manager - Letshego Rwanda Limited

We are seeking high calibre professionals to fill vacant positions within the Operations department in Letshego Rwanda Limited.

Branch Manager - (2 posts)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position holder will be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of the branch, increase market share and profitability and carry out branch assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to the following;
- Growth in customer base
- Portfolio growth for all loan products
- Loan Appraisal and Processing
- Loan Approval and Credit Committee Management
- Portfolio Quality management
- Providing Leadership in the branch
- Performance Management
- Mentoring, Coaching and Supervision of branch staff
- Ensure adherence to lending policy and procedures within the branch
- Budgetary responsibilities over the branch
- Branch petty cash management
- General branch administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who is independent, reliable and has passion for business growth
- Good selling skills portrayed by current own grown portfolio
- Unquestionable character in the industry
- Must be a team player with good organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure
- Good presentation and report writing skills

Minimum requirements:
- A degree in business related field or advanced training in Business Management or diploma in Microfinance
- Pursuing an MBA will be a definite advantage
- At least 2 years work experience in Micro-finance
- Advanced knowledge and skills in marketing
- Hands on experience using Microsoft office suite
- Ability to travel to the field extensively
- High level of commitment to the ideals of the organization.
