Mechanical Supervisor
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
Key responsibilities:
Ensure maximum availability of mechanical equipment Plan and execute maintenance activities at Crusher and Raw Mill sections at optimum cost and time. Coaching and on job training for junior employees. Ensure all design modifications conform to required specifications and company standards, efficient and effective utilization of available resources, ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Qualifications and Experience:
BSc. or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least five (5) years experience in the cement or manufacturing industry, extensive experience in maintenance system Implementation and strategies and sound computer knowledge. The Candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.
Remuneration

Electrical Technician - (2 Posts)
Reporting to:Electrical Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections according to checklist. make spot repairs where necessary and report all findings on daily basis, fault find, diagnose and repair equipment to maintain it to the highest standard, minimize breakdowns and maintenance costs, install new equipment and carry out" modifications as found necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
Technician Level 6 (Full Technician Certificate) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with at least five (5) year experience In the cement or manufacturing industry. The Candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

Instrument Technician
Reporting to: Plant Automation Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out physical inspections according to checklist, make spot repairs where necessary and report all findings on daily basis. Fault find, diagnose and repair equipment to maintain it to the highest standard, minimize breakdowns and maintenance costs. Install new equipment and carry out modifications as necessary.
Qualifications and &Experience
Technician Level 6 (Full Technician Certificate) in either Electrical or Telecommunication or Instrumentation Engineering field. Good knowledge In PLC and at least five (5) years experience In cement or mining Industry The candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

Welder Mechanic
Reporting to: Mechanical Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional Welding/cutting jobs as instructed. Check welding equipment and report problems/ repair as necessary. Ultimate responsible for safe working practices in areas of responsibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education with Trade Test Grade I in Welding Techniques. At least five (5) years experience in a welding or fabrication 'workshop, very good understanding of welding technology, gas welding and cutting, arc welding, cutting and gouging; good statistical and analytical skills, ability to read manuals and various drillings, knowledgeable in fault finding. Knowledge as fitter mechanic is an added advantage. The Candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

Fitter (4 Posts)
Reporting to: Packing Plant Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional fitting/ cutting jobs as instructed, check fitting equipment and report problems/ repair as necessary, inspect and report any abnormalities.
Qualifications and Experience
Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Mechanical Maintenance or its related fields, knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. At least five (5) years experience in cement or manufacturing industry. Good in fault finding and able to think on own self in problem solving, Ability to plan own activities and follow instructions. The Candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

Packer Operator
Reporting to: Packing Plant Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Operate packer to load cement bags per requirement. Load Jumbo bags and Bul~ tanker. Report malfunctioned equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate of Secondary Education in science subjects or Vocational Education Training Authority Certificate in technical training and at least five (5) years experience in cement or manufacturing industry. The Candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

Workshop Supervisor
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan and supervise fabrication of mechanical parts in the workshop and their installation in the plant in line with required specifications and standards. Ensure maximum availability of mechanical equipment and effective plant modifications and documentation. Control and maintain all workshop machines and tools/equipment; coaching and on job training for the subordinates. Ensure safe working procedures and cardinal rules are adhered to including condition of Risk Assessment for all activities and PPE compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
BSc. or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least five (5) years experience in cement or manufacturing industry. Must have experience in planning, organizing and supervision skills, people management skills, extensive experience in maintenance system implementations and strategies, sound Computer knowledge. The Candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.
