Purpose of Role
Overall Management and Responsibility upon delivery of End-to-End Supply* P&L and KPIs on their GTME Regions’ Market Strategy. SC Mgr will manage one of GTME’s hemisphere – APAC & MENA.
Top 3-5 accountabilities
. Management and Responsibility for delivery of End-to-End Supply* P&L and KPIs on their GTME Regions’ Market Strategy.
Do this by:
- Ensure a close understanding of the Markets/hemisphere responsible, their customers and their strategies, in order to optimally align the Supply Chain operation and strategy.
- Interface with the relevant demand planners and business leaders to confirm the unconstrained demand forecast to support the business growth objectives.
- Define and Manage the stock holding policy and inventories in order to meet customer service level targets by using standard stock models to set stock targets to achieve targeted OTIFNE.
- Work closely with Demand Planning manager to drive complexity reduction in terms of SKUs
- Deliver the business Sales &Operations Planning process & Triangulation, to ensure a robust plan is issued to EPT & responsible for the overall stock availability - tracking, monitoring and reporting Sale trend vs. demand consensus and highlight Gap/Risk as well as opportunities on regular basis.
- Interface with the relevant Supply Planning team (eg. Europe planning team for products sourced out of Europe, Asia CSO for Smirnoff Gold, SJF etc.) to ensure production of the short – medium – long term supply and inventory plan for finished goods to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements. Monitor and report on inventory levels v targets.
- Reconcile Demand and Supply plans, identify potential bottlenecks on finished goods production, including with key suppliers, and propose ways to resolve them at optimal cost.
- Work closely with the relevant Supply Logistics (eg. Scotland Logistics for product ex Scotland) and relevant Warehouse & Distribution Manager to ensure optimum Inbound Logistics and delivery to customers.
- Work closely with the relevant parties to ensure customer order to cash process is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Embed/sustain the S&OP process for the Region across 24 months and ensure that the demand and supply teams are focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy to deliver competitive service targets with regular tracking of performance and root cause analysis to achieve them.
- Creating and leading the initiatives to ensure engagement of key stakeholders.
