Twin “the unsung hero of the fair trade movement” works with thousands of smallholder producers to secure access to international markets in a fair a just way.

We are seeking Producer Partnership Programme Manager a to deliver on a range of ambitious and transformative initiatives to help smallholders in Africa and Latin America “create and capture value” and to help shape our future growth and expansion.

The role requires a “self-starter” who shares our values; understands the importance of what we are trying to achieve; who sees opportunities not obstacles and who can demonstrate excellent project management skills.

Salary: £25 - £32k
