Essential Responsibilities:
The Field Office Program Co-coordinator is responsible for direct oversight of program staff for Tabora office and monitor project contracts within the program for Project HEART, care and treatment and PMTCT in the area, ensuring that the program and program staff and site staff deliver the designed objectives and impact. Also in so doing is responsible for the programme work that supports implementation of the country strategy.
Required Qualifications
• Medical Officer or Nursing Officer preferably with Masters in Public Health or related field
• Demonstrated experience in managing human and financial resources
• At least four years professional experience in HIV program management and practical experience in HIV/AIDS programs in developing countries is required
Job Title: Program Officer, Laboratory services

Essential Responsibilities:
The Program Officer Laboratory Services is responsible for strengthen the implementation and management of overall laboratory quality assurance activities and training as needed for the EGPAF supported sites in Tabora region, providing technical assistance to laboratory sites and/ or serve a coordinating role in ensuring that the appropriate resources are recruited in order to assist sites in maintaining the highest level of quality systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma in Laboratory Services or equivalent
• At least four years bench laboratory experience
• Attended Good Laboratory Practice/ Good Clinical Laboratory Training, Laboratory Safety Management Training and additionally Transportation of infectious materials (IATA)

Essential responsibilities
The Field Officer Community Linkages [FOCL] is responsible for providing leadership in community initiatives that support effective referrals and follow-up of clients between the health facilities in the project sites and the surrounding communities that promote care and treatment and PMTCT services.
Required Qualification
• Degree in Social sciences or equivalent, CO, or Nursing Officer; preferably with Masters in Public Health.
• Computer literacy, with comfortable working experience with the basic Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & power point).
