• The OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER hereby invites the eligible consultants to provide the following consulting services: "To conduct a Training on Results Based Management"
• More information on this service is provided in the Terms of Reference in the request for proposal document.
• A firm/person who fulfills the conditions will be selected under Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method and procedures described in this REP.
• The RFP includes the following documents:
  • Section 1 - Letter of Invitation
  • Section 2 - Instructions to Consultants (including Data Sheet) Section 3 - Technical Proposal - Standard Forms
  • Section 4 - Financial Proposal - Standard Forms
  • Section 5 - Terms of Reference

• The Request for Proposal documents (RFP) and further information can be obtained from the OFFICE OF PRIME MINISTER situated at KIMIIIURURA, P.O Box 1334 Kigali, Administration Office, 3th floor, from 18/7/12011 upon presentation of a prepaid revenue receipt of a non­refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10. 000 Rwf) paid to the account n° 120.00.46 called Ordonnateur Tresorier in National Bank of Rwanda.
• The technical and financial proposals should be presented separately in different envelopes each bearing the nature of the proposal, name of Consultancy Firm and all submitted in sealed envelopes with the follow‑
• Well printed proposal, properly bound presented in four copies one of which is the original must be submitted in sealed envelopes not later than 16/8/2011 at 10h00 local time to the address below:
