Reporting to the Operations Manager In Charge of DTMs, the successful candidate will be charged with the overall responsibility of overseeing the banking activities at our Deposit Taking Microfinance (DTM) branch in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Operations Manager In Charge of DTMs, the successful candidate will be charged with the overall responsibility of overseeing the banking activities at our Deposit Taking Microfinance (DTM) branch in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Planning and delivering effective sales strategies
- Monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products
- Provide operational support on a day- to day basis
- Develop products to satisfy the expectations and demands of customers
- Deal with both individual and corporate customers in as regulate deposit taking Micro finance
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Banking or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications in accounting or banking will be an added advantage
- 3 years experience with a financial institution at middle level.
- Computer literate in windows environment and relevant accounting/portfolio management package especially T-24 Emerge.
- Preferably aged between 25 and 35 years
