Duration: 4-6 months

Tasks:

Assist in the research of relevant technical information for the different task forces especially on climate change, green economy, energy, water, and sustainable consumption and production
Assist in drafting various texts and power point presentations, as well as in developing brochures and background papers
Support the organization of diverse meetings and side events
Support the Commission’s work through the review of technical materials and projects
Support strategies to communicate commission work effectively, i.e. update website, draft newsletter for members
Support the organization of and provide assistance during ICC Commission and task force meetings

Education & skills:

Masters in sustainable development management, risk management, MBA, public administration, international relations, business administration, or similar fields;
Excellent research skills;
Very good oral and written knowledge in English;
Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point; knowledge with Content Management Systems is an asset;
Some substantive background in the environmental field would be a plus;
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

Eligibility criteria:

The Applicant MUST:

1. Be currently enrolled in a third or fourth year of under-graduate (BA/BSc.) or in a graduate (Masters) or post-graduate (PhD) programme, and will continue to be enrolled during the period of the internship.

2. Be willing to intern on a full-time basis spending five days a week for a period of six months.
