HelpAge international is currently looking for a Regional Change Manager to provide overall management of the change process in the Africa region and support to the Regional Directors and their teams in implementing changes at regional and country levels.
The successful candidate must have strong project management skills, preferably with demonstrable experience in the international development and/or humanitarian sector. You will have experience leading organisational change processes and knowledge of change management approaches.
In addition to this, you will be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others. Proven attention to detail is essential along with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
Finally, you must have budget management experience and strong levels of financial literacy.
You will have the willingness and capacity to travel extensively within the region.
