Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Establish and implement the HR strategy aligned to the overall business plan and objectives to ensure workforce quality and performance;
•Deliver innovative global HR practices that build leadership capability and drive a high performance culture
•Drive strategic and operational level HR-related planning including Resourcing, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Leadership Development;
•Provide support to senior/executive management in building and driving organizational capability required for growth and superior business performance;
•Provide leadership in change management, organizational design/organizational transformation initiatives;
•Provide thought leadership on human resource management; and
•Provide coaching to management on people related matters
Qualification and experience required:•Undergraduate degree;
•A Masters degree/professional qualifications will be an added advantage;
•6-8 Years relevant working experience;
•Good knowledge of Human Resource Management;
•Good industry knowledge, Good grasp of HR policies, procedures and best practice;
•Business Analysis, Strategy and Risk Management;
•Good knowledge of Labour laws, Trade & Labour Union Management;
•Information Technology savvy; and
