Kilombero Sugar Company, the largest producer of sugar in the country, is inviting a dynamic and result oriented person to fill a vacancy of Senior Human Resources Officer existing in the Company. The successful applicant will be involved with manpower planning, recruitment, coordination of performance effectiveness reviews, grievances and issues, communication, etc. In principle the role carries responsibility of providing effective and efficient supportive HR Services to Factory Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Holder of an Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management / Public Administration with at least two (2) years' experience in similar position, good understanding and knowledge of Labour Laws, good communication skills and Computer literate.

Tasks:
Assists in preparing the HR budget.
Coordinate with Factory Department for timely Performance Effectiveness Reviews, documentation and submission of the same. .
Performs all tasks according to Kilombero Sugar's Quality, Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures.
Coordinates manpower planning for the Factory Department.
Coordinates and controls the recruitment of permanent, seasonal and temporary employees
Implements various communication forums
Advises on employees discipline
Records staff movements within the company
Assist in preparation and review of various HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
Checks leave and approves leave travel assistance and allowances
Prepares HR reports on monthly base and or when required.
Performs any other duties assigned by the Line Manager
TERMS OF SERVICE
The successful candidate will be engaged on a permanent contract.
