RAN Performance Specialist - Tigo Tanzania

To ensure RAN Performance of the network is above target and meets industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring of RAN Network Performance on the radio network (2G, 3G, LTE and any other Radio Technology)

• Escalate all deviations from the agreed KPIs

• Timely review of RSLA reports from Managed Service Provider and prepare AP accordingly

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for Follow up on actions points with the respective teams to improve the KPIs

• Support tiGO Planning and Operations team

• Work closely with Managed Service Provider Team to close open action points

• Manage major events and roadshows

Position Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Telecom Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Minimum 4 years of experience in RF Optimization/Planning/Performance

• Proficient in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
