Position: OFFICER - HR, ADMIN AND COMMUNICATION
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing.
• Sound knowledge on labour market and wage trends, various relevant Govt. labour legislations in Tanzania.
• Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation, disciplinary action etc.
• Good knowledge & experience of handling Social & Technical Audits independently. Handling multiple standards compliance, Environment and health & safety issue.
• Communicating with various Government agencies, audit companies, financial & other agencies. Maintaining proper communication with all government compliance related organization.
• Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipments, property, assets, other movable and immovable properties.
• Maintain sound liaison and public relation with all relevant authorities including law enforcing agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
• Exposed to Access control & time attendance system, Fire fighting system, evacuation procedure & emergency contact.
• Have frequent visit to field operations on specific schedule.
• To maintain and develop housekeeping of office premises.
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduate. Masters with professional Diploma in HRM course from reputed university will get preference/ MBA (major in management/ HRM).
• 3 to 7 year(s) experiences
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR, Labour Counselling.
• The applicants should have experience in any financial institutions/ NGO’s/ Banking and Microfinance Sectors should be given preference.
Salary Range: Negotiable
