Project Officer- Marketing (iCHF, based in Manyara)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Develop marketing and sales strategies and plans
Lead redesigning and creation of marketing materials internally or within third party vendors
Lead execution of marketing/sales programs
Recruit, hire, develop and lead a sales/enrolment force focused on delivering insurance products to low income families who are the target of ICHF
Develop sales management program including merit based incentive structures, merit development and reporting
Share knowledge of prior marketing success, sales projections, and customer behavior and enrolment patterns to aid the management in assessing the viability of marketing strategies
Develop and execute market research programs through the TRA and utilize analytics for continuous program(s) improvement
Enrolment and re-enrolment figures for various programs
Measures and evaluate the success of marketing and sales strategies
Identify and build capacity of sales teams that include district staff, volunteers, comfy flfty workers and community leaders to deliver marketing awareness for iCHF programs
Supervision of improved CHF officers at the district health office
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, but preferably a Master's degree in
marketing, business administration or a relevant discipline, preferably
complemented with training in areas such marketing research,
communications or media planning, health financing and project management. '
competencies and Experience
A minimum of 3 years professional experience
Experience in creating strategic and implementation plans,
Background in managing marketing activities and in monitoring and evaluating marketing outcomes
A track record of working independently and of having been responsible for marketing activities or projects.
Fluent in oral and written Kiswahili and English
Ability to work in multi - tasking environment
Self-motivated and dedicated to assigned task
