Purpose
To provide acceptable receipt and communicates with all clients walking in and those whl call for support.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Health Centre Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving all in -coming patients and other visitors at the clinic
Receiving all telephone calls and transfer them to respective recipients or take message
To receive all incoming mails, and distribute to the appropriate persons
Stationery management: i.e. requisition, distribution and custodianship with props registration
Handling customer complaints and compiling periodic reports and filing of document
Any other job as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate MUST possess the following minimum qualifications:
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in secretarial duties coupled with training on Customer Services/Front Office management.
Minimum 2 years' experience on reception and telephone handling in reputable organization.
Good Command in computer, especially Office package etc.
Team player and strong in analytical approach to trouble shooting and problem solving, good communication skills specifically in English both in written and oral.
