Purpose
To provide high quality clinical services in the most cost effective and customer friendly manner and professional way.
The Successful candidate will be reporting to the Health Centre Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring treatment is within standard treatment guidelines and compliance with SOPS
Produce monthly Clinic reports on agreed format and record medical notes and diagnosis
Handling customer issues, Management of prescription costs, counselling and health
education provision.
History taking and doing physical examination with respect of patients'/clients'
complaints.
Diagnosing patients in collaboration with the laboratory technician.
Prescribing basing on diagnosis/complaints of the clients/patients.
Referring cases to the appropriate personnel/immediate care takers/PPOs in
accordance with services that cannot be handled or carried out in the Health Centre or
clinic.
• Registering the clients with respect of their dates of visits (vital signs, clinical notes,
laboratory. Investigations, medication etc) which stays as existing records of our clients.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate MUST possess the following minimum qualifications:
University Degree, qualified (MD), at least 2 years of appropriate experiences in a
hospital setting
Registered Doctor with Valid practicing license and active member with the Medical
Council of Tanganyika.
ICT competency and Good people skills and a team player.
Pleasant personality, achievement orientation
