Role Purpose This position is responsible for development and execution of marketing programs associated with the growth of the TIGO brand for all sales channels in the assigned regions. Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage retail visibility and ensure relevant messaging on all below the line/ point of sales communication materials. • Recommend relevant point of sales materials & collaterals; manage their distribution/deployment in the assigned region/s • Supervise sponsorship properties, proactively identify sponsorship opportunities and determine the return on investment and manage the benefits throughout the sponsorship lifetime. • Supervise the execution of marketing programs including brand/sales promotions, events, experiential engagements and exhibitions • Conduct various commercial and market surveys to identify products and services penetration and acceptability, identify new potential markets for products and services. Position Requirements • University degree, preferably in marketing, communication, engineering and business administration • MBA or master preferably in marketing • Trade Marketing experience, preferably in FMCGs • 3 - 5 years of marketing, trade, business management or franchise management experience are required APPLY |
