Role Purpose You are responsible for identification of training needs, design and its implementation in line with the business needs for the direct sales forces and customer operations team. Key Responsibilities - Ensure constant alignment of the training programme and business strategy. -Conduct TNA and implementation of the training to close identified gaps. - Update and communicate TSS training contents at all time to meet the company needs -Constantly working towards ensuring exceptional and quality services of the learning environment and the training contents -Plan, facilitate training and prepare monthly reports on the activities that will be taking place -Prepare and control TSS budget. Position Requirements -B.A in Human Resources/Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Marketing and Sales. -Minimum 3 years work experiences in training and development. -Project management experiences -Train of trainer certification, and management experience is an added advantage. -Proficiency experienced with Excel and Power point is a must.
