Systems and Services Certification Officer (Auditor and Tutor)

Reporting to: ssc Manager
Objectives: Assistant to the SSC Manager – coordinating certification services including conducting training and certification audits

Specific Duties:

Coordination management system certification services including certification audits and training.
Plan, prepare and conduct audits for quality management system and/or environment management system and/or health and safety management system and any other management system as approved auditor or under approved lead auditor until approved as appropriate
Plan, prepare and conduct training on quality management system and/or environment management system and/or health and safety management system and ary other management system as approved tutor or under approved lead tutor until approved as appropriate
To attend appropriate lead auditor training to qualify as approved management system auditor for ISO 9001 or/and ISO 14001 or/and OHSAS 18001 and/or other management system standard
Sales and marketing functions with regards to ail certification services products
Ensure appropriate execution and accurate audit reporting in accordance with clients instruction and applicable SSC procedures
Ensure proper filing of all internal records related to management system certification according to laid down SSC procedures

Qualiflcations:

Minimum education qualifications of a bachelor degree in Engineering or Science (chemistry and physics) or similar and
Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality Controll Quality Assurance/Quality Management and
Lead auditor training in quality management system and/or environment management system and/or health and safety management system and
Audit experience in quality management system and/or environment management system and/or health and safety management system and . -
Computer literate,
Tutor experience will be an added advantage
