• Focus on high level enterprise architecture for a major client, targeting on mapping of IT capabilities to business needs. • Understand client's business and be able to dive deeply into technology issues. Hence, align business goals and the IT infrastructure that supports the business and helps achieve those goals. • Co‐ordinate the development of architectural frameworks and lead the population of these frameworks with coherent and consistent architectural views. • Ensure that the application/systems, data and technology aspects of the enterprise architecture are driven by the business imperatives of the organization and that the requirements driving the overall architecture are managed consistently and effectively. • Ensure that changes are controlled and hence maintain consistency. • Utilize extensive technical knowledge and experience of System X,P,Z & VL Environment, storage, Power, other distributed systems, both hardware and software, and related total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis (Enterprise IT cost modeling). • Helps client in realizing their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of IBM technologies. • Share industry-proven architectural and planning practices and promote successful integration of IBM technologies in a heterogeneous environment. • Define realistic and representative system configurations across multiple technologies. • Understand and present the immediate/tactical and strategic benefits of adopting a consistent architectural approach within the context of the client’s business to help the client justify his investments. • Serve as a subject matter expert for architectural frameworks, methods and tools. • Advise on and participate in the governance arrangements set up to ensure that the enterprise architecture delivers the desired benefits to an organization. • Build and maintain client relationships both with Business and IT Heads. |

Work experience should involve a mix of business and technology consulting across the lifecycle of Information Technology (examples may include assessment and analysis, design, business case development, architecture, envisioning, planning, deployment, benefits analysis, and management. |
