Position Description: |
Based within Nokia’s Compensation & Benefits Function, you will work closely with Global C&B subject matter experts in e.g. base pay, variable pay, equity, benefits as well as Unit C&B and your other Regional C&B Managers. You’ll also be working closely with the APAC management team and HR colleagues to define and develop appropriate C&B approaches to support the local requirements for both the factory and office-based populations. You will be the expert and “go to” person for compensation and benefits programs in this geography ensuring alignment of the compensation and benefits frameworks locally.
You will also have the opportunity to work on global programs depending on your qualifications, capability, passions and get-up-and-go. In fact it’s important to us that you’re the kind of person who can deliver locally while seeing the big picture. Knowing when to push for innovation in your market versus when to promote a global view locally.

Qualifications
*BA or BS degree in economics, business administration or other field which uses quantitative analysis (MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus).* 8+ years of professional compensation and benefits expertise in an International environment with demonstrated ability to achieve through influence in a complex networked environment.
* Inquisitive, Analytical mind/understanding.
* Strong communicator in English
* Excellent presentation and influencing skills. * Business acumen.
* Project management and vendor management experience.
* Generalist HR experience desired.
* Excellent analysis, data management skills, and use of related tools such as SharePoint, Excel, compensation databases. SAP experience a plus.
Requirements:
* Travel required within APAC as well as attendance at Global meetings (max 25%)
