Branch Head
Job Role:
Preparation of annual plan and growth trajectory in consultation with Head Office.
Developing new marketing programs or incentives to increase the deposits, advances and services offered by the. bank. Following all bank policies as determined by the Board of Directors.
Addressing and handling customer complaints, discrepancies in accounts or shortages from the various tills or teller areas of the bank.
Providing assistance to bank clients and making sure that they are satisfied with bank services now and In the future. Attending Inspection, Audit, BOT Examination Reports and timely submission of reply of the same.
Timely submission of various reports, returns, etc. to various authorities.
Qualification and Experience:
Tanzanian candidates having following qualification and experience can apply;
A graduate in any discipline
Good computer application skills
Good analytical and supervisory skills. Leadership and decision making skills are essential.
Relevant experience for 2/3 years essential.
Manager (Risk & Compliance)
Job Role:
Responsible for strengthening the comprehensive Risk Management system in the Bank. It will encompass entire spectrum of risk, Credit Risk, Country/Transfer Risk, Market Risk (e.g. interest rates, foreign exchange rate's, prices of securities, shares, etc), liquidity risk, Foreign Exchange Risk, Operational Risk, Legal Risk, and Reputational Risk. The Incumbent will be responsible for Independent view of risk. He has to prepare agenda notes for ALCO & Risk Committee. He is also responsible for compliance of all. statutory, regulatory and legal guidelines/rules, e.tc.
Qualification and Experience:
Tanzanian candidates having following qualification and experience can apply;
A graduate in any discipline. CPA is preferable.
Good computer application skills
Good analytical skills and experience in preparation of various Risk Management reports for the Bond and various Committees of the Board. Relevant experience for 2/3 years is essential.
Officer (Credit & Operations)
Job Responsibilities
Critical analysis and preparation of fresh loan proposals / renewal of existing proposals for submission to various sanctioning authorities strictly observing various rules, regulations, guidelines of BOT and Bank.
Preparation of security documents, getting signature of the borrowers, follow up for registration of security documents with various authorities for perfection.
Pre-sanction, and post disbursement inspection of securities.
All credit related operations such as opening of accounts, disbursement of loan, feeding of correct data in the computer system, making entries in the system, etc.
Classification of loan accounts as per BOT guidelines and calculation of provisions.
Preparation and submission of various returns, statements, etc to various authorities.
Follow up with the borrower for repayment of loan, submission of various statements, insurance, land rent receipts, etc.
Follow up with advocates on all legal matters, attending court cases and other related matters.
Making correspondences with customers and various other authorities.
Convene various meetings, preparation of agenda notes, minutes, reports, etc.
