Ownership of Business Process Improvement, Business process reengineering, strategic management and Systems Integration Management. • Responsible for change management (organization, technology, products, and business processes). • Establish and execute strategic and tactical plans for a full scale Quality Management Processes within GBS(Global Business Services) Domain for a major client. • Measure the timeliness, quality and effectiveness of all processes performed within GBS. • Identify opportunities for standardization and improvement of processes and policies and implement best practices. • Manage and measure processes compliance to established agreed policies/procedures. • Makes effective decisions, acts decisively, anticipates future needs, and collaborates with team members to obtain their perspectives. • Demonstrates a positive attitude/energy. • Takes ownership, follows through, and delivers on commitments. |
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 9 years experience in relevant Telecoms/High-Tech Consulting
- At least 9 years experience in practical understanding of eTOM framework and familiarity with other relevant industry standards (e.g. SID, TAM
- At least 9 years experience in detailed understanding of at-least one eTOM domain, including Level 4/ Level 5 process details, process inter-linkages, functional mapping with a Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) package
- At least 9 years experience in functional understanding of business scenarios and inter-linkages within components of an eTOM domain (e.g. Billing & Revenue Management, Assurance, and Fulfillment)
- At least 9 years experience in developing and implementing new standard policies and procedures as well as improvements to existing policies and procedures
- At least 9 years experience in leading process improvement projects
