Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role/Purpose:
Reporting to the Country Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia, based in Dubai, the Government Account Executive develops and grows revenue related to delivery of products and services to government agencies of Saudi Arabia.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving quota and growing sales of product and services to the government.
- Develops sales and marketing plans for assigned accounts to meet sales objectives.
- Calls on accounts, identifies sales opportunities, coordinates vertical resources to provide technical product information and demos; provides quotes and closes sales.
- Works with resellers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction regarding process such as purchase and fulfillment.
- Establishes effective working relationships with government procurement officials.
- Maintains knowledge and ensures compliance of government regulations related to the purchase of products and services.
- Works closely with industry lobbyists to develop relationships with influential decision makers and to track upcoming bids and pending legislative decisions that may impact the business.
- Represents the company at all government events.
Requirements:
· Proven track-record in solution software sales and ideally experience of partnering with Resellers to achieve targets
· Experience selling towards the governmental sector
· Superior communication and presentation skills to ensure Autodesk's best interests are represented in a professional manner at all times
· Ability to work autonomously in the region but also be a strong team player
· Ability to get up to speed quickly to deliver on the exciting revenue opportunity that this opportunity offers
· Must be willing and able to travel as needed to achieve objectives
· Flexibility to work outside standard work hours for home time zone
· Fluent in Arabic and English is a requirement
