CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES (3)
Applicants must have:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Adequate product and service knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that requests received from Account Relationship Managers or customers are handled correctly and promptly.
- To receive all customer correspondence and respond appropriately
- To promptly enter customer data into the system and process customer requests from the ARMs and follow up these requests until completion
- To ensure correct and accurate data entry into the system for existing services and follow the right procedure for other services so as to ensure correct billing
- To compile an excel sheet of all services provided and modified and send it together with the hard copies to the records section for filing
- To balance and reconcile all landline & GSM top-up done and submit daily reports to the Supervisor
- To make verification calls for all new service requests and follow-up calls to customers
- To ensure that feedback is given to both the Customer and the Account Relationship Managers
- To provide Daily and weekly reports to the line managers and other relevant stake holders
- To provide Basic technical support and fault resolution to walk-ins and our managed accounts

- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
