The role is based in Juba, South Sudan.
The job holder is expected to work closely with relevant departments in the market and at the Head office to ensure achievement of sales objectives and to work closely with external contacts like Distributors, External auditors / consultants and Agencies / suppliers. The job holder will work 80% at office and 20% in the field.
Accountabilities:
1) Create and assign to the sales teams the Below The Line (BTL) activities for execution
2) Deliver Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) reports and insights for the Below the Line Activities to drive sales results
3) Deliver superior administration/office/operational support to the sales team within budget and timelines
4) Plan and coordinate all sales projects and ensuring that the desired results are achieved.
5) Ensure adherence to all EABL/Diageo policies, regulations and procedures and ensure compliance with safety requirements at the work environment
Qualifications/Experience
1) At least two (2) years Sales, Customer Marketing or relevant Industry related experience in FMCG, ideally beverage related, with experience in dealing with Customers at all levels
2) Able to use MS office suite (MS Excel, Power Point and Word) to analyze and produce sales reports and presentations
3) Strong commercial drive, able to balance the needs of different stakeholders
4) Masterful at working in cross functional teams
5) Great People Management experience
6) Ability to recognize business critical activities and ensure sales organization is fully lined up to support.
7) Valid Driving license
