Senior Audit Manager/Audit Managers

The Office of Internal Audit (OIA) serves the IMF to provide independent and objective audit and advisory services to IMF management in order to protect and strengthen IMF operations. OIA also conducts internal investigations as requested by the Managing Director.

OIA is recruiting one Senior Audit Manager and two Audit Managers to form the new leadership team in OIA, working in partnership with the OIA Director. The Senior Audit Manager will be instrumental in delivering the internal audit strategy and methodology and overseeing the administration of the resources and budget for the function. The Audit Managers will manage multiple engagements and supervise the work of OIA staff and vendors. They will advise and assist the Director in prioritizing new demands based on an assessment of risk, and the potential for OIA to add value to the IMF. All members of the OIA leadership team will work in close collaboration with other IMF departments.

The successful candidates will have a reputation for strong intellectual leadership in the internal audit field. They will also have excellent diplomatic and partnership skills and a track record of building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships at the highest levels in an organization.
