The consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering the CASP II work

program related to the development of an environmental standards system for environmental protection to be integrated into the national agricultural management system including policy, regulation and operational procedures. The consultant will (i) Prepare a framework for the management of agrichemicals working closely with both the WGA and WGE teams including additional expertise where required; (ii) Work closely with the WGA/WGE to prepare an environmental monitoring framework and implementation action plan that supports the agriculture program; (iii) Support national environmental quality; (iv) Provide coordination and input to the climate change program and the inclusion of climate change into the CASP II programs; and (iv) Deliver awareness and capacity strengthening to support the mainstreaming of climate change in agricultural sector planning and policy systems.

Qualifications Required Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
The international consultants will have (i) at least a university degree or equivalent qualification in the related field; (ii) at least a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; (iii) adequate experience in implementing projects in the GMS; (iv) sound and practical knowledge in relevant fields in Southeast Asia; (v) strong interpersonal and communication skills.
