CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS
Responsibilities:
- Ensure at all times excellent client service
- Proactively satisfy all clients demands and inquires in a timely manner
- Proactively approach and sell accounts and delivery channels to clients inside the branches
- Proactively cross-sell all ABT’s products and delivery channels to client inside the branches
- Proactively help and educate clients on how to use all ABT’s products and delivery channels
Qualifications and Experience.
- Education: Graduate or diploma holder.
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
