Job Description :

> It is a varied role that includes planning and product development. The work is often challenging and fast-paced. The focus is on selling the products and increase sales figures of the Company.

> JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Create a database of potential clients

·        Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationship.

·        Conducting marketing campaigns.

·        Monitoring competitor activity.

·        Conducting and developing new innovative ways to communicate the Company message to existing and new customers.

·        Understanding of customer segmentation.

·        Maintaining a healthy customer relationship.

> RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Market potential analysis.

·        Development of new Customers.

·        Relationship with Architects, Contractors and specifies.

·        Development of new Dealer Network.

·        Customer Acquisition and Retention.

Position requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.

·        Three (3) years working experience in Sales and Marketing, background in similar field will be an added

·        advantage but not a primary requirement.

·        Excellent communication skills.
