Tetra Tech ARD, headquartered in Burlington, Vermont is currently accepting applications from qualified Project Support Staff Specialists for several anticipated USAID-funded programs in Tanzania. Positions will be full time and based in Dar es Salaam or Arusha. Tanzanian citizens are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred;
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in area of technical expertise; 5-7 years for senior level positions;
- Experience working on international donor funded technical assistance programs required; USAID experience preferred;
- Professional experience in Tanzania is required;
- Experience working to engage women and youth is highly desirable;
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent planning, management and organizational skills; demonstrated capacity to quickly assess priorities and opportunities and manage a variety of activities with sufficient attention to detail;
- Strong leadership, management and analytical skills;
- Excellent speaking, presentation, and writing skills;
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel;
- Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
