To manage and coordinate development, implementation, launch, monitoring and growth of all on demand service initiatives i.e (Voice, SMS on demand as well as reloads) to ensure continuous, positive, growing revenue stream in overall prepaid on demand segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor overall recharges trend and propose  recommendations to grow the business.

• Monitor and manage On demand revenue stream

• Design and develop on demand offers

• Design and develop reloads offers

• Define the pricing strategy and determine the correct one to ensure profitability

• Maintain the profitability of Tigo price plans

• Monitor and Analyze product performance and initiate proper adjustments to improve performance

• Report products and recharges performance: Recharge channels, Penetration, ARPU, Churn variances and Impact on revenues.

• Define and initiate implementation of tracking tools to continue monitoring results.

• Participate directly in the definition of ATL and BTL promotions

• Track all competitors products and ensure our Tariffs remain competitive in the market

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar field.

• University Degree in Economics/ Business administration or related areas.

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
