Position Overview
The position overall responsibility is to exceed the center’s sales and collection goals by leading a team of Account Executives in the daily execution of the Techno Brain Sales System. To be successful, focus on making your Account Executives successful. As the leader of the sales floor, you are responsible for recruiting quality Account Executives, providing both initial and ongoing training, developing your staff through performance coaching, and holding your team accountable to the Techno Brain Sales System.
Role and Responsibilities
Work requirements and tasks will be guided by the Techno Brain Training Divisions policies and procedures which is reviewed periodically but will fall broadly in the following Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Sales ,Marketing & Collections
• Responsible for meeting sales & collections targets for (Individual & Team)
• Setting goals for Account Executives and holding them accountable for hitting their daily minimums
• Helping Account Executives prioritize their daily activities, measuring key metrics including sales and collection results
• Must be able to develop strong infrastructure, analyze the latest market trends and develop a plan for better market penetration
• Customer relationships and customer retention
Training and enablement of team
• Training Account Executives with information about the history of Techno Brain products, pricing, and delivery methods, the Techno Brain Sales System, and tools and resources that help Account Executives perform their jobs most efficiently.
• Conducting Initial Account Executive Training, leading Account Executives through the Account Executive Development Program, or working with a new Account Executive one-on-one to increase his or her knowledge level.
• As a coach, you will also be responsible to increase the skills of Account Executives to help them succeed. You must be equal parts evaluator, challenger, sounding board, and encourager.
Leadership & Communication
• Should provide strong leadership and maintain clear communications to teams
• Must be able to develop strong infrastructure, analyze the latest market trends and develop a plan for better market penetration

Experience Profile
• Overall 4 years plus experience in the industry with a minimum 2 years+ of experience in a Managerial/Leadership role in IT Sales
• Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed Institution, preferable with a science background
• Proven IT sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets
• Hands on experience of managing multiple customers
• Good Networking across the Industry
• Work experience in fast-growth environment.
• Agile and resilient and good work ethic
