 INFORMATION OFFICER GRADE II (1 POSITION)
1.1    DUTIES AND RESPOBILITIES
•    Photographing
•    Collecting and  writing information
•    Preparing journals, posters and flyers
•    Participating in  various exhibitions
•     Perfuming any other duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
1.2    QUALIFICATION
Application for the post must be holders of first second class  bachelor degree in mass communication / journalism from any recognized institution of higher learning with fluency in speaking and writing both  Kiswahili and English languages.

Within the parliamentary salary scale PSS D

PERSONAL SECRETARY GRADE II (2 POSITIONS)
2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
•    Typing letters and various report;
•    Receiving visitors and  directing them accordingly;
•    Keepings and maintain all official records, dates of meeting of  appointments;
•    Tracing files and  submit them to proper officer;
•    Submits official directives to the relevant office;
•    Preparing list of office requirements and submit the same to proper officers;
•    Preform any other duties as may assigned by  his/ her supervisor.
2.2 QUALIFICATION
•    Application for position must holders of any ordinary diploma in secretarial from  a recognized college. He/she must have passed shorthand of 80 word  oer minute 80 w.p.m both Kiswahili and English languages. They must possess computer certificate in micro computer application.

•    Collecting files from action office and placing them in the respective location.
•      Dispatching letters.
•    Carrying mail- bag to the post for office for delivering letters
•     To photocopying various documents.
•    Custodian  of office equipment
•    Carrying out any other duties as may assigned by his/her supervisor
3.2 QUALIFICATION
•    Holders of ordinary level of secondary education certificate  (form iv)
•     Passes in English , Kiswahili and mathematics
