As Category Manager responsible for:
Maximizing penetration and revenue of the category
Developing and implementing new products
P&L of category
Validating of research plan, participates at innovation proposal process. Preparation of a product/process improvement brief
Validating product category needs from Product/Process brief profile. Validating product brief profile for product/process improvements
Validating test results, brand consistency and training plan
Defining and validating creative brief; and developing internal and external communication strategy (including communication bulletin and launch event)
Guaranteeing all communication media are executed for internal and external communication rollout.
Desired Skills & Experience
Work & Educational background
University degree, preferable in marketing, social, communication or arts
Master is a plus
Senior marketing and managerial experience

Coordinates with trade marketing all promotional activities
Analyzes brief of market trends & competitive landscape to monitor category accomplishments and/or modifications to push products
Pilot tests: detects offer/product strengths & weaknesses to adjust/modify to ensure feasibility of success
Is responsible for securing simplicity in all products of category portfolio
Initiates weekly interaction with consumers (market visits, consumer labs, contact centers, street dynamics)
Reviews category product portfolio performance to reach revenue/margins P&L targets & decides on product lifecycle
Is responsible for product roadmap
Leads the creation of the blue print of an product/offer and its preparation for roll out

Coordinates training material for internal and external clients about products/offers/promos
