OCP ENGENHARIA E AMBIENTE IS SEEKING FOR ENGINEERS TO WORK IN ANGOLA:
Disciplines: Civil, Mechanical and E&I Engineers
Function: Senior Site Inspection Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate contractor´s activities;
• approve work performed by contractor´s;
• Prepare weekly and monthly report´s;
• Approve work plan schedules;
• Ensure that contractor´s works meet international standards;
• Respect contract terms between clients and contractors;
• Provide internal training to young engineers that are under yourresponsibility;
• Approve contractor´s invoices;
• Comply with all the internal regulations of the company;
• Provide technical support to clients and contractors;
• Caring for all goods supplied by the company;
• Approve site document such as, workshop drawings, procedures, as builtdrawings, etc;
Immediate superior Leader:Site supervision Manager.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 until 17:00. Work on weekends willdepend on the needs of the work.
OCP will provide: House and transportation (share with others colleagues)
Contract Type: Temporary, with possibility of continuing working in newprojects.
Required visa: Two (02) types: 1) Business visa (responsibility of theemployee) and 2) work visa (OCP responsibility).
Work location: all Angolan territory.
Benefits:
Salary: Between 5.000 and 8.000 USD
Allowance: 1000 USD or 30 USD / day in Angola.
Air tickets: 3 tickets by year in tourist class
Medical Insurance: The company will be responsible for medical events (if any)either by hiring a health insurance or partnership with a private clinic.
Payment: There will be two possible forms of payment: a) bank transfer to thecountry or national currency (AZK) in Angolan bank.
Services (water, electricity, gas): The first two will be assumed by thecompany, the gas will be assumed by members of the house.
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidates must hold an valid engineering degree, as part of our internal procedures, once the engineer get work visa must belong to Angolan Engineer Society.
- Conversant with internationalstandards;
- Knowledge of Portuguese(desirable);
- Previous experiences inO&G international industry;
- On shore and downstreamexperiences;
- Knowledge of Software related with the disciplines;
- Extremely proactive;
- Conversant with ProjectManagement and Contract Administrator:
- Conversant with PMBOK fourth edition.
